Shipping policy

We ship all orders via Posti or Matkahuolto.

Delivery: Orders are dispatched through Posti or Matkahuolto within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. You can easily and quickly order products from our online store using the shopping cart. Select the desired products, check the quantity, and proceed to checkout. Carefully fill in your contact details, confirm your order, and proceed to payment via online banking.

A confirmation of your order will be sent to the email address you provided. Registration is not required for purchasing. However, you can register to speed up future purchases and track your order history. You may also subscribe to our newsletter if you wish. Newsletters are sent to registered customers a few times a year.

Payment Methods

Our online store’s payment providers are Shopify Payments (Stripe) and Klarna. You can pay via online banking, major debit and credit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, or Klarna's Pay Later and Pay in Installments options.

All payments are processed through a secure, encrypted connection and are completely safe. Product prices include 25.5% VAT.

Returns & Complaints

If you wish to return a product, please contact info@korujajakransseja.com. You must notify us of your order cancellation within 14 days of receiving the item. Returns are made at your own expense. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used in the online store. The refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the seller.

If there is an issue with the product, please contact us. You will receive a replacement product, or you can cancel the purchase. Custom-made products are non-returnable. A custom order will only be delivered once it has been approved by the customer.

Jewelry and Wreaths is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure (e.g., postal strikes) or for any indirect damages caused by delayed deliveries.
